If you have any complaints about our webshop, we recommend that you first make them known to us. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at 0032 3 232 31 72. We strive to find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
If this does not work, you can register your dispute for mediation through the Stichting WebwinkelKeur. This independent quality mark offers a dispute committee that can mediate in conflicts between consumers and webshops.
As a consumer in the EU, you can also use the ODR platform of the European Commission to report complaints from February 15, 2016 onwards. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not being treated elsewhere, you can submit it through this platform. But let's first try to find a solution ourselves. After all, we are all adults here.
